Two Agents from MEI and Mouse Fan Travel Join Condé Nast Traveler’s List of Top Travel Specialists for 2025
Jenn Greene and Heather Grodin put MEI on the list for the third year in a row.
Two travel agents from Laughing Place’s friend and partner, MEI and Mouse Fan Travel, have been recognized by Condé Nast Traveler on their list of the Top Travel Specialists for 2025.
What’s Happening:
- For the third year in a row, two of MEI’s travel agents have been part of the list on Condé Nast Traveler’s look at the top travel specialists. Those two agents are Heather Grodin, CTA ACC Vacation Planner - MEI & Mouse Fan Travel and Jenn Greene - Affiliated with MEI-Travel, Journeys with Jenn.
- Greene, whose special categories include family Travel, cruises, and Walt Disney World tells Condé Nast Traveler, “All clients either receive an onboard credit or a gift upon departure, from me personally not my agency."
- Asked whether she thinks events in recent years have permanently changed the role of the travel specialist, Greene said, “I think our role has become more important with the events. Between people who didn't have a lifeline to help them with cancellations/refunds to restarting travel and navigating VAX requirements, testing requirements, and more. My guests are finding value in working with me. They have a dedicated point of contact, and not a call center. My biggest pivot was going from Disney solely to booking cruises, which has taken off since it restarted in 2021."
- Said Grodin, who lists her special categories as river cruises and family travel, “I believe my knowledge of each destination I specialize in sets me apart. I get to know my clients, their visions for their vacation and can make recommendations on hotels and activities that will appeal to each individual. I believe that no one vacation is the same, so not every client should be doing the same things in destination. I make sure to recommend restaurants to try and the best tour operators for their sightseeing."
