Freeform Reveals First Teaser and Premiere Date for “Project Runway”

The long running series will make the jump from Bravo to Freeform when the new season premieres on July 31st.

Project Runway is about to make the jump from Bravo to Freeform, alongside the return of original series host, Heidi Klum. The network has now shared the first teaser for the series, as well as its premiere date.

What’s Happening:

  • Project Runway is set to make its highly anticipated Freeform debut on Thursday, July 31st with a two-episode premiere at 9:00 p.m. ET.
  • The show will be available shortly thereafter on both Hulu and Disney+, with subsequent episodes airing weekly starting at 10:00 p.m. ET.
  • Season 21 of the long-running series will feature the return of Heidi Klum as host, who will be joined by judges Nina Garcia and Law Roach, with Christian Siriano set as the contestants’ mentor.
  • Since its original debut in 2004, Project Runway has broken new ground and helped revolutionize the reality competition genre.
  • The long-standing series has had a profound effect on the fashion industry, launching the careers of prolific designers, including Christian Siriano, Austin Scarlett, Leanne Marshall, Irina Shabayeva, Michael Costello and Bishme Cromartie, among many others.
  • Although Klum is returning for the new Freeform iteration of the show, another long-term staple of the show, Tim Gunn, won’t be back.
