Hulu Announces Return of "The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball"
The original series was a long-running, fan-favorite on Cartoon Network.
Gumball is back on, of all places, Hulu.
What’s Happening:
- After a successful run on Cartoon Network, Gumball is back with their newest series, The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball.
- The series is produced by Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe and is returning to screens exclusively on Hulu.
- Gumball Watterson, his brother Darwin, sister Anais, and the entire town of Elmore laugh at the laws of reality as they deal with real-world and imaginary-world problems. Surrealism is at an all time high in this ridiculously crazy world.
- Perhaps Gumball is most known for its blend of animation styles, including 2D, CGI, photorealism, and live-action into this cacophony of whimsy.
- This quarter-hour animated comedy series has become an internet favorite, still becoming a strong meme generator even after its initial end seven years ago.
- Hulu has yet to announce a return date for the series, but fans are already excited for its long awaited return.
