Sunset Showcase Gets a Villainous Makeover as Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After Prepares to Debut

The new signage beckons guests towards the theater for a villainous premiere, starting this Tuesday, May 27th.

Ahead of the show’s official debut in just a few days, new signage for Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After has transformed the Sunset Showcase Theater at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

What’s Happening:

  • With the show’s premiere set for this Tuesday, May 27th, signage for Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After has been installed surrounding its home, the Sunset Showcase Theater.
  • The Disney Parks X account shared a few images of the signage, including the completed marquee on the building itself.

  • The showtime sign has these fun Comedy and Tragedy masks, who look a little like Pain and Panic from Hercules.

  • In Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After, the Magic Mirror will invite guests to hear out Disney’s most iconic villains. Telling their own stories, it will be up to the audience to decide whether or not these characters are evil or just misunderstood.
  • The cutting edge show sees villains return to the venue, which, prior to Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy, hosted the special ticketed Club Villain.
  • Earlier this week, Disney shared a preview of the new show, which you can check out here.
  • The show is set to officially debut on May 27th, alongside the new The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure show, also at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in the former location of Voyage of the Little Mermaid.
