Photos: Stitch Takes Over Disney Springs with Joffrey’s Coffee Truck, Special Food and Decorations Aplenty

As Lilo & Stitch arrives in theaters, Disney Springs is celebrating in a variety of ways – including a special Joffrey’s Coffee truck, decorations at AMC Theatres, and special food offerings. We begin just near the Orange Garage, where a new Joffrey’s Coffee food truck is parked, celebrating Lilo & Stitch with some special offerings.

The truck, which is likely the same one that was previously in this spot alongside the release of Snow White, features Stitch bursting through the side. Patrons can enjoy the recently released Disney Ohana Blend and the specialty drink, Ohana Horchata – which consists of Horchata and Coconut Syrup, topped with Whipped Cream, Blue Sprinkles, and Coconut Shavings.

Nearby, the AMC Theatres is decked out for the release of Lilo & Stitch, as it always is for the release of Disney films.

Guests entering AMC will get to walk down the Lilo & Stitch “carpet," which is hugged by banners parodying other iconic Disney films. While not an actual carpet, the floor decal is meant to mirror the look of the iconic premiere decoration.

Stitch is even taking over a popcorn cart near the West Side Starbucks location, although there’s nothing Stitch-related for sale here.

Of course, you’ll find plenty of Stitch-related merchandise for sale inside World of Disney, including a couple of exclusive displays.

The Daily Poutine is offering the specialty Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride drink, which consists of DOLE Pineapple Juice and White Cranberry Juice with a splash of Blue Curaçao Syrup topped with a Flower.

Lastly, Amorette’s Patisserie has a Stitch Petit Cake available, featuring layers of Vanilla Chiffon soaked with Orange Simple Syrup, Passion Fruit Curd, Guava Jam, and Pineapple Mousse.
