New “Reclaimed and Reforged” Storyline Also Coming to Savi’s Workshop at Walt Disney World’s Galaxy’s Edge

As at Disneyland, this limited-time offering will begin on Star Wars Day this year, May the 4th.

As the Disneyland Resort prepares to celebrate Season of the Force, Star Wars fans at Walt Disney World won’t be entirely left out – as the all-new “Reclaimed and Reforged" storyline is also coming to Savi’s Workshop on the east coast.

What’s Happening:

  • Last month, we learned about “Reclaimed and Reforged" – a new storyline coming to Savi’s Workshop in Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, along with new lightsaber parts that have been “scavenged by pirates throughout the galaxy."
  • Guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will also be able to build their lightsaber through remnants of ancient battles and abandoned scrap and into elegant tools that symbolize balance in The Force.
  • This new, limited-time offering will be available on Batuu starting May 4th, 2025, while supplies last.
  • That is the same day that the experience debuts at the Disneyland Resort, which is known in fandom circles as Star Wars Day.
  • Purchase is required and advanced reservations are highly encouraged for this experience.
  • Savi’s Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers opened with Galaxy’s Edge at both the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World back in 2019. It allows guests the opportunity to construct their own lightsabers (for a fee) from a selection of different parts. An immersive story experience plays out in the location while they are doing so.
  • More details on the Savi’s Workshop experience and pricing is available here.
