Product Review: Chopper from "Star Wars Rebels" Pals Around with a Lothcat On RSVLTS' New "Chop & Loth" Shirt

I can almost hear Dave Filoni's muffled voice yelling at the Ghost crew.

That maniacal but loveable astromech droid Chopper (C1-10P) is one of the more memorable characters to come out of the Star Wars Rebels animated series, and now he’s featured on his own button-down shirt from RSVLTS. I was extremely lucky enough to receive a copy of the new “Chop & Loth" shirt– yes, it has a Lothcat on it too– for review from RSVLTS, and below are my thoughts on this product after wearing it for a day.

Yesterday we spent the day at the beautiful Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens here in Southern California, and I rightly figured that this would be the perfect opportunity to show off this colorful new shirt from RSVLTS. We even found a number of orange-hued flowers around the gardens to match the highlights on Chopper’s dome (not to mention the Lothcat’s fur) in the illustrations.

As you can see in the close-up photo below, the pattern depicts Chopper engaged in a number of familiar activities from Star Wars Rebels, including blasting off via his rocket booster, cuddling with and chasing around the Lothcat, and simply being his own memorably madcap self.

Like the numerous other RSVLTS products I have worn in the past, I found the “Chop & Loth" shirt to be extremely comfortable and its KUNUFLEX material soft to the touch. As usual I received plenty of compliments on the shirt as I wore it out in public, including from existing Star Wars fans and those who wondered what exactly was going on with these anarchic characters frolicking against a lavender-colored grid-like background. I could absolutely see this item of apparel looking right at home at the next high-profile pop-culture convention or even at a more casual gathering of Star Wars fans.

The Star Wars “Chop & Loth" KUNUFLEX Short Sleeve Shirt is available for purchase right now at the official RSVLTS website. Many thanks to our friends at RSVLTS for sending one to us here at Laughing Place!
