Storytellers Cafe and Napa Rose Closing for Refurbishment at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
This is in addition to construction on upgraded entry gates into Disney California Adventure.
Two popular restaurants at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will be closed over the next few months as the hotel undergoes some significant renovations.
What's Happening:
- Significant renovations are underway at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to revitalize the property and enhance the guest experience.
- As a result, some services may be temporarily modified, and certain areas may be closed during this time.
- In March, Storytellers Cafe will undergo a temporary closure at its current location for several weeks to renovate the kitchen facilities. During this period, a modified dining experience will be available in the Trillium Room.
- Napa Rose restaurant is set to undergo refurbishment in April and is expected to reopen in the fall of 2025. During this transformation, the Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures will be temporarily moved to the Trillium Room.
- From now until mid-May, there will be construction for upgraded entry gates to Disney California Adventure Park. During this period, guests will be able to access the park through the Pixar Place Hotel entrance into Paradise Gardens Park.
- The comfort and enjoyment for guests remains Disney’s highest priority, and as such, any activities with significant noise will be restricted to daylight hours.
- Additionally, communication is being provided to guests of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa prior to their arrival.
