"LEGO Masters" Season Premiere Set to Get Explosive with Some Help from Star Wars Favorites
This marks the fifth season of the hit series on FOX
LEGO Masters is back tonight to kick off their fifth season, and this premiere is about to get a little destructive with the help of some Star Wars favorites.
What’s Happening:
- LEGO Masters is back for a new season tonight, with a planned Star Wars-themed premiere.
- LEGO Masters featured a Star Wars-themed episode in its first season, but the brand is back for more galactic fun this season. In the new episode, Darth Vader and his Stormtroopers challenge the new contestants to create a LEGO creation out of the remains of a planet destroyed by the Death Star.
- Tune in to see how each team tackles building a unique, personality-packed planet that would feel right at home in the galaxy far, far away.
- Hosted by Will Arnett, LEGO Masters presents teams of two LEGO enthusiasts with building challenges that test their creativity and ingenuity. They’ll need some impressive builds to delight the expert judges and move on to the next challenge.
- This marks the fifth season of the hit show that originally debuted back in February of 2020. In seasons past, LEGO Group creative designers Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard serve as the show’s judges.
- Later in the season, the show will also reportedly featured challenges based on Wicked and Batman, which will likely be near and dear to host Will Arnett - who previously voiced Batman in the LEGO Batman Movie.
- This won’t be the first Star Wars episode of LEGO Masters, since it follows the aforementioned episode from Season 1 of the show that had a Star Wars theme, and one from the second season of the Australian version of the series.
- The first episode of LEGO Masters Season 5 airs tonight, May 19th, at 8/7c on FOX, and tomorrow on Hulu.
