Disney Announces Food Offerings for Star Wars: Galactic Nights

Feel the power of the Force at Star Wars: Galactic Nights. On Sunday May 27th, Disney's Hollywood Studios will be taken over by the Jedi, Sith, and alien races that come from a galaxy far, far, away. Not only will guests have the chance to meet their favorite characters, but they will also be able to eat an incredible assortment of Star Wars inspired food being sold throughout the park. The Disney Parks Blog has the scoop on all the delectable dishes being offered at this event.

New Offerings:

• Dueling Gazpacho — Spicy red pepper and cool cucumber-melon inspired by lightsaber duel between Qui-Gon Jinn and Darth Maul.
• Three-Cheese Pasta with a Meatball — Creamy three-cheese sauce and a spicy lamb and beef meatball inspired by the Resistance Movement
• Sweet and Spicy Fried Drumstick —Honey-chili glazed drumstick served with a pepper jelly biscuit
• Lemon Diver Scallop with Pork Belly — available exclusively at The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge.
• Tofu and Rice Noodles — medley of pan-seared tofu, leeks, red onions and noodles inspired by Coruscant  and available exclusively at The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge
• Vegetarian Soba Noodle Salad — chili-soy Soba noodles, cucumbers and carrots topped with a hard-boiled, chili-glazed deviled egg inspired by the Ewoks and Endor
• Plantmeat on Rootcrush — vegetarian meatloaf, mashed potatoes, root vegetables and mushroom gravy iInspired by Unkar Plutt’s concession stand on Jakku
• Cheese Grits — savory steamed crawfish smothered in decadent Louisiana boil broth served on top of sweet corn cheese grits inspired by Mon Cala
• Loaded Red Curry Duck Fries —seasoned fries topped with duck confit, red curry ketchup and white blended cheese sauce inspired by the Battle of Crait
• Fish and Chips with Smoked Paprika Remoulade and root vegetable chips inspired by Jyn Erso’s homestead
• Ancho-Chili Octopus —octopus and jicama, pear and cucumber slaw was inspired by the Sarlacc and is exclusive to BaseLine Tap House

A Galactic Tasting and Viewing Package is also available for guests wishing to sample several of the tasty dishes. The Galactic Tasting package allows guests to choose 5 food or beverage (alcohol included) items to sample throughout the evening.
