We’re less than one week away from the release of Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World, and the movie’s star Anthony Mackie kicked off the press tour by visiting a number of locations in Atlanta, Georgia.

What’s happening:

  • Marvel Entertainment has released a two-minute video on its social media feeds featuring actor Anthony Mackie (who plays Sam Wilson) visiting Atlanta, Georgia on a press tour for Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World.
  • Brave New World was filmed in Atlanta and Washington DC in the summer of 2023, with reshoots taking place in 2024.
  • During the tour, Mackie visits Good Day Atlanta, Dish Nation, and the historically black Morehouse College. He also sits for interviews with a number of other local media outlets in Atlanta. You can watch Marvel Entertainment’s video in the embedded tweet below.
