Hot Toys Reveals New Red Hulk High-End Collectible Figure from Marvel Studios’ “Captain America: Brave New World”

You *would* like him when he's angry.

If you saw Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World in theaters within the past couple of weeks, you know just how ferocious Harrison Ford’s President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt" Ross is when he transforms into the fearsome Red Hulk. And now Hot Toys has revealed its 1/6th-scale take on the memorable character via a new high-end figure available through Sideshow Collectibles.

What’s happening:

  • The popular collectible manufacturer Hot Toys has revealed its new Red Hulk 1/6th-scale figure, and it’s available for pre-order right now via Sideshow.
  • This high-end figure sells for $390 and features a detailed likeness of Harrison Ford as President Thunderbolt Ross after his transformation into the Red Hulk at the hands of the villain known as The Leader.
  • Red Hulk stands about 18.5 inches tall and includes two interchangeable headsculpts with Hot Toys’ innovative adjustable eyeball system.

What they’re saying:

  • Sideshow: “Behind a polished façade lies a dark secret. In Captain America: Brave New World, Thaddeus Ross’s greatest ally has become his most formidable enemy. When Ross is elected President of the United States, he breaks his promise to release Samuel Sterns, and that’s when the chaos begins. As tensions escalate due to Sterns’s revenge, he triggers Ross's transformation into the Red Hulk…"
  • “Dressed only in the tattered remnants of his suit pants, the meticulously crafted muscular body has a realistic skin texture complete with prominent blood vessels beneath the surface. This highly poseable piece has 20 points of articulation and comes with a variety of interchangeable hands for additional display options."

Hot Toys’ Red Hulk 1/6th-scale collectible figure is now available for pre-order at Sideshow’s official website.
