Toy-collecting fans of the original Star Wars film are going to want to start saving up their pennies, because over the weekend Sideshow Collectibles released a first-look unboxing video of the new Hot Toys Sandtrooper Sergeant & Dewback 1/6th-scale collectible figure set.

  • A new first-look unboxing video (viewable below) for the Hot Toys Sandtrooper Sergeant & Dewback 1/6th-scale collectible figure set has been released by Sideshow Collectibles.
  • This set depicts a famous scene set on the planet Tatooine from the original 1977 Star Wars film, also known as Episode IV - A New Hope.
  • There are four different variations of the Sandtrooper Sergeant & Dewback set to choose from , and interested collectors can sign up for the waitlist right now on Sideshow’s official website.

Measuring 14.57 inches (37 cm) tall, 13.78 inches (35 cm) wide, and 31.5 inches (80 cm) deep, the highly accurate Dewback 1/6 scale figure is skillfully hand-painted and features detailed textures. It comes with an interchangeable head, giving collectors the choice of displaying the creature with an open or a closed mouth, and an additional right leg in a standing pose.
