Marvel Star Anthony Mackie Surprises Fans at Walt Disney World “Captain America: Brave New World” Screening

In the latest in a long line of surprise appearances by stars at the Disney Parks, new videos have surfaced of Marvel star Anthony Mackie dropping in on a screening of Captain America: Brave New World at Walt Disney World.

What’s Happening:

  • Disney Parks and Disney Springs have shared a new video wherein the star of the new film, Captain America: Brave New World, Anthony Mackie, as he surprises a crowd at a screening at the AMC 24 location at Walt Disney World.
  • The screening, taking place in one of the larger theaters in this AMC Location in their Dolby Theater, had a rousing crowd that each pulled out their cameras to get shots of the moment.
  • One lucky theater-goer has the POV of the century with Mackie himself running at his camera yelling “the best seats in the house!

  • In the film, after meeting with the newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, Sam Wilson finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.
  • Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World stars Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, with Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Harrison Ford.
  • The film is directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore. Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth serve as executive producers.
