“The Happiest Place On Earth” Disneyland 70th Anniversary Livestream Event Announced by D23

D23 - The Official Disney Fan Club has announced a special livestream event entitled “The Happiest Place On Earth" at the end of this month in celebration of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary. More details are below.
What’s happening:
- D23 - The Official Disney Fan Club will be hosting a celebratory event in its virtual “D23 Gold Theater" in honor of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary.
- The event is called “The Happiest Place On Earth" and will be hosted by Disney Legend Don Hahn (producer of The Lion King, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Atlantis: The Lost Empire, among many others) and former Walt Disney Imagineer Christopher Merritt (co-author of Marc Davis in His Own Words: Imagineering the Disney Theme Parks).
- Hahn and Merritt have collaborated on a new book entitled The Happiest Place on Earth: The Incredible Story of Walt Disney's Disneyland, which will be released this summer.
- “The Happiest Place On Earth" will stream live on Thursday, February 27th at 5:00 PM Pacific Time and is exclusive to D23 Gold Members. A pre-show experience will begin at 4:45, prior to the presentation.
- Interested D23 Gold Members can watch the event in the D23 Gold Theater.
