Jenna Bush Hager Pays Tribute to Veteran Cast Members at EPCOT’s The American Adventure

This special event took place just outside the exhibit displaying artwork painted by her father, former Present George W. Bush.

Today Show contributor and daughter of President George W. Bush, Jenna Bush Hager, recently paid a visit to her father’s exhibit at EPCOT to honor some veteran cast members.

What’s Happening:

  • Jenna was presented with a flag flown over EPCOT in her honor, and a special SALUTE military challenge coin, in recognition of her dedication to supporting the military community.

  • The group was also greeted by a special guest, Mickey Mouse, dressed in red, white and blue!

  • Jenna and co were joined by Walt Disney World Ambassador Shannon-Smith Conrad, who herself comes from a military family, and other cast members of military backgrounds.
  • Many of these cast are members of Disney SALUTE, the employee resource group that honors and empowers cast members with military backgrounds, families, and those with an affinity for military service.
  • Disney’s support for the military community stretches back to its early days, and continues today, in part through Disney’s ongoing relationship with the Bush Institute, which began when Walt Disney World hosted the Invictus Games nearly a decade ago.
