Minnie-Shaped Soap Dispensers Coming to Select Restrooms at the Tokyo Disney Resort

After years of only having Mickey-shaped soap, Minnie is finally getting her shot!

After years of dispensing Mickey-shaped soap in restrooms around the Tokyo Disney Resort, Minnie is finally getting in on the action at select restrooms at both parks.

What’s Happening:

  • The Tokyo Disney Resort initially kicked off the fad of Mickey-shaped soap, with dispensers in all of their restrooms giving out soap in the shape of Mickey’s head for a number of years now.
  • This fad spread to the U.S. Disney Parks in a slightly different way, with Disney selling Mickey-shaped soap dispensers in different packaging over the years.
  • Now, Minnie is getting in on the fun with select restrooms dispensing Minnie-shaped soap, differentiated from Mickey by the included bow.
  • It was not stated whether this is a temporary addition, or something that will begin to roll out to other restrooms over time.
  • As of now, you’ll find the Minnie soap at the following locations:
    • Near Pirates of the Caribbean – Tokyo Disneyland
    • Across from Star Tours: The Adventures Continue – Tokyo Disneyland
    • Critter Country – Tokyo Disneyland
    • Mysterious Island – Tokyo DisneySea
    • American Waterfront across from Tower of Terror – Tokyo DisneySea
    • Arendelle in Fantasy Springs – Tokyo DisneySea
