Photos: TriceraTop Spin Queue Completely Removed as Attraction Deconstruction Continues at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

The area is being transformed into Pueblo Esperanza, which will feature an “Encanto” attraction and a new carousel with wood carved animals characters from Disney stories.

This morning, we made our way to a very rainy Disney’s Animal Kingdom to check on the latest construction progress in the former Chester & Hester’s Dino-Rama – and the deconstruction progress of TriceraTop Spin is in full swing.

What’s Happening:

  • Construction walls surrounded Chester & Hester’s Dino-Rama in DinoLand USA at Disney’s Animal Kingdom last month, as work gets underway to transform this area of the park into a new Tropical Americas land.
  • Work on removing TriceraTop Spin is moving full steam ahead, with much of the decorative elements stripped from the attraction structure.
  • Additionally, the entire queue structure for the attraction has also been removed.

  • Below is a look at what the queue looked like prior to its removal.
