Erin and Sara Foster Developing Series Adaptation of “Hotter in the Hamptons” for 20th Television
Released last year, “Hotter in the Hamptons” is the debut novel from content creator Tinx.
Erin and Sara Foster, the sister duo behind Netflix’s hit series Nobody Wants This, are developing an adaptation of the novel Hotter in the Hamptons for 20th Television.
What’s Happening:
- Deadline reports that the Foster siblings, who signed an overall deal with 20th Television in December, are now set to develop the 2024 novel Hotter in the Hamptons by Tinx as a comedy series.
- Hotter in the Hamptons, the debut novel by the content creator and host of It’s Me, Tinx on SiriusXM, delves into the worlds of high fashion and online fame. It follows fallen influencer Lola’s chaotic, whirlwind summer in the Hamptons as she clashes—and finds unexpected connection—with culture critic Aly Ray Carter who took her down.
- Search is currently underway for a writer to pen the adaptation. Sara Foster, Erin Foster and Tinx (real name Christina Najjar) will serve as executive producers through Fatigue Sisters Productions, alongside 3 Arts’ Oly Obst.
- Erin is creator, writer and executive producer and Sara is executive producer of Nobody Wants This, starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, which topped Netflix’s rankings in October 2024, quickly earning a Season 2 renewal.
- Erin’s writing career began at 20th Television with Ryan Murphy’s The New Normal.
