Important Details Revealed for LightSpeed Lane Reservations and Panel Reservations at Star Wars Celebration Japan

Overnight queuing will not be allowed at Star Wars Celebration.

Star Wars Celebration Japan will be here before you know it, taking place April 18-20, 2025. They have revealed more details when it comes to LightSpeed Lane Reservations and Panel Reservations.

What's Happening:

  • If you are planning on attending Star Wars Celebration Japan (tickets are sold out), here are some important details that have been revealed when it comes to LightSpeed Lane Reservations and Panel Reservations.

LightSpeed Lane Reservations:

  • Make a Lightspeed Lane reservation for the Official Show Store to skip lines in under 12 parsecs.
  • Light Speed Lane shopping reservations will become available on Thursday, March 13, at 4:00 PM PDT, and on Friday, March 14, at 8:00 AM JST.
  • Reservations are limited to one per person. For example, if you have obtained a badge for both Saturday and Sunday, you may reserve a shopping window for either Saturday or Sunday, but not for both days.
  • To finalize your reservation, log into your ShowClix account with the email linked to your Celebration ticket. Only ticket holders can enter Lightspeed Lane reservations.
  • If you bought a ticket for someone else, ensure it is transferred to them before making a reservation.
  • If you have a Jedi Master VIP badge, do not participate in the Light Speed Lane Reservation process. You have access to a designated queue at the Official Show Store, as well as an exclusive shopping experience on Thursday night.

Panel Reservations:

  • Panel reservations allow fans to secure a seat for particular panels at Star Wars Celebration.
  • Reservations will be available starting March 25 at 4:00 PM PDT, which corresponds to March 26 at 8:00 AM JST.
  • The panel reservation system will close on April 8 at 4:00 PM ET. To use it, you need to provide the email linked to your ticket purchase or your order ID.
  • Panel reservations for the Galaxy Stage and Twin Suns Stage will be streamed from the Celebration Stage.
  • Each attendee can select one panel reservation per day. On Saturday, with two panels offered, you can choose one.
  • A valid ticket for the day of your reservation is necessary, as having a panel reservation does not guarantee entry to Star Wars Celebration.
  • Fans who gain access to the specified panels on the Celebration Stage, Galaxy Stage, and Twin Suns Stage will receive a QR code via email and must line up for their reservation 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • If you are selected, you are not allowed to trade, sell, or exchange your panel, as it is associated with your unique email address.
  • If reservations are fully booked, on-site stand-by opportunities will be very limited and will end once the venue reaches capacity.
  • Admission to any panel at Star Wars Celebration is not guaranteed without a reservation, and attendees must be in the designated stage queue at least 30 minutes before the panel starts.
  • Overnight queuing is not permitted at Star Wars Celebration this year.
  • With a Jedi Master VIP badge, you don't need to reserve panels. Just arrive at least 30 minutes early for guaranteed entry to all Celebration Stage panels.

Panels Available for Reservations Are:

  • Friday |  The Mandalorian & Grogu
  • Saturday | Andor A Star Wars Story
  • Saturday |  Ahsoka
  • Sunday | First Look: Star Wars: Visions Volume 3
