OregonLive: Elemental Technologies wins backing from Steamboat Ventures, Disney's VC arm

Oregon startup Elemental Technologies will receive $7.5 million in venture backing from Disney's venture capital arm, Steamboat Ventures. Elemental Technologies plans to grow slowly while fine tuning its video processing technology.
