THR: Appeals Court Rules Pixar Didn't Steal Lightning McQueen for 'Cars'

According to The Hollywood Reporter an Oklahoma court ruled Pixar's Lightning McQueen was not similar enough to Mark Brill and his race car to be a violation of its publicity rights.
