Bloomberg: Blackstone Seeks to Sell Universal Studios Florida Holdings

Blackstone Group has offered to sell its stake in the Florida parks to NBC Universal. If Comcast's NBC Universal doesn't accept the offer by June 12th they must facilitate a sale of the theme parks.
