Lawsuit Against Disney in Fatal Monorail Crash Dismissed

The Orlando Sentinel reports a lawsuit filed by the family of the Cast Member killed in the July 2009 Monorail accident has been voluntarily dismissed. Details of why it was dismissed where not known.
