- Diary of a Future President returns with a second season on Disney+ on August 18th with 10 new episodes.
- Disney+ released a trailer today, along with a brand-new poster with artwork by Katty Huertas, a multidisciplinary Latinx artist born in Columbia and based in Washington DC.
- Future leader Elena Cañero-Reed (Tess Romero) is now in 7th grade and new this season, her future self becomes her conscience (Gina Rodriguez).
- Gina Rodriguez serves as executive producer alongside showrunner Ilana Peña, who based many of the show’s scenarios on her own upbringing.
- Diary of a Future President is produced by CBS Studios in association with I Can and I Will Productions for Disney+.
