Art of Animation - Walt Disney World

The Art of Animation Resort bases its theme on Disney animated films. The 87 acre resort has themed room interiors in nearly all of the 2,000 units and 864 themed rooms in The Little Mermaid (non-suite) wings. Animation Hall is the main building and houses the front desk, concierge, the Ink and Paint Shop, the Landscape of Flavors eatery, and arcade.

Art of Animation Updates

Will be a part of the Disney Skyliner transportation system: The Disney Skyliner gondolas will open in Fall 2019 connection several Disney resorts to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Resort Features: Big Blue, the main resort pool, is 11,859 square feet. Big Blue is located in the Finding Nemo area of the resort. This pool is currently the largest swimming pool at Walt Disney World Resort outside of the water parks. Art of Animation Pictures

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is a new a value property, consisting primarily of family suites, that immerse guests into the magical worlds of classic Disney and Disney•Pixar films. The “Finding Nemo” wing of the resort opened May 31, featuring larger-than-life icons, including a larger-than-life Crush gracing the courtyard areas.
