Meet Coral the New Giraffe Calf Born at Six Flags Great Adventure
Coral is almost three months old.
Coral, the giraffe calf, is preparing to join the herd at Six Flags Great Adventure.
What’s Happening:
- Six Flags Great Adventure Resort has revealed the birth of a new giraffe calf named Coral.
- Born on December 15, Coral is a healthy female and is approaching three months of age.
- Her parents, Conan and Mariah, are both part of the resident giraffe population at Wild Safari.
- Coral faced some initial challenges, especially with standing, but she has overcome these hurdles thanks to the support of the team at Wild Safari.
- Efforts are underway to reintegrate Coral into the herd, aiming for completion by Opening Day on March 29. Currently, she is housed in one of the giraffe barns.
